The space is compact yet efficiently designed: on the lower floor you will find the living room with a sofa and TV, the fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom; on the upper floor, accessed by a wooden staircase, there is a double bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen features a microwave, blender, refrigerator, stove, and sandwich maker. Air conditioning, bed linen, and bath towels are included in the daily rate. The outdoor area is shared among the condominium guests and includes a swimming pool, a private barbecue for each loft, a covered pergola with a cushioned sofa and hammock, sun loungers, chairs, beach umbrellas, and an external bathroom.

The loft was designed to make smart use of every meter. On the lower floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped compact kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, and sandwich maker), and a full bathroom. Climbing the wooden stairs—which are a bit irregular, so it's best to be careful—you reach the upstairs bedroom, which features a double bed and a bunk bed, making it more private and peaceful. At the top of the stairs, there's a safety gate, perfect for families with young children. The air conditioning ensures cool nights even in the summer. Bed linens and towels are always included. The outdoor area completes the experience: private pool, barbecue area, covered pergola with cushioned sofa and hammock, lounge chairs, regular chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor bathroom—everything you need to make the most of sunny days.

The condominium has a total of 4 lofts, each with its own private indoor space and individual access key. The gate remains closed at all times, ensuring safety and privacy for all guests. The outdoor area is shared among the lofts and features a swimming pool, a covered pergola with a cushioned sofa, sun loungers, chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor bathroom. Each loft has its own barbecue grill and hammock for the exclusive use of its guests. Upon check-in, guests receive the gate key and have free access to all areas at any time during their stay.

The nearest airport is Joinville – Lauro Carneiro de Loyola (JOI) Airport, approximately 83 km away. The nearest bus station is in the center of São Francisco do Sul, about 18 km away. To get around the area, ride-sharing apps work well. All beaches are easily accessible on foot, just a short walk away.
