The space is compact and well designed: on the lower floor you will find the living room with sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom; on the upper floor, accessed by a wooden staircase, is the double bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, blender, refrigerator, stove, and sandwich maker. Air conditioning, bed linen, and bath towels are included in the daily rate. The outdoor area is shared among condominium guests and features a swimming pool, a private barbecue for each loft, a covered pergola with a cushioned sofa and hammock, lounge chairs, chairs, umbrellas, and an external bathroom.

The condominium has a total of 4 lofts, each with its own private indoor space and individual access key. The gate is always kept closed, ensuring security and privacy for all guests. The outdoor area is shared between the lofts and features a swimming pool, a covered pergola with a cushioned sofa, loungers, chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor bathroom. Each loft has its own barbecue grill and hammock for the exclusive use of its guests. Guests receive the gate key at check-in and have free access to all areas at any time during their stay.
