The space is compact and well organized: on the lower floor, you’ll find a living room with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom; on the upper floor, accessed via a wooden staircase, there is a double bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen includes a microwave, blender, refrigerator, stove, and sandwich maker. Air conditioning, bed linen, and towels are included in the daily rate. The outdoor area is shared among condo guests and features a pool, a private barbecue grill for each loft, a covered pergola with a cushioned sofa and a hammock, lounge chairs, chairs, sun umbrellas, and an outdoor bathroom.

The condominium offers a total of 4 lofts, each with its own private indoor space and individual access key. The gate remains closed at all times, providing security and privacy for all guests. The outdoor area is shared among the lofts and features a swimming pool, a covered pergola with a cushioned sofa, lounge chairs, regular chairs, sun umbrellas, and an external bathroom. Each loft has its own barbecue grill and hammock for the exclusive use of its guests. Guests receive the gate key at check-in and enjoy unrestricted access to all areas at any time during their stay.
